Configure Actions for Service Request

You must configure actions for service request.

Following are the steps:

  1. Sign in to Oracle CX Sales using Administrator role.

  2. Navigate to Application Composer.

  3. Go to Service Request > Actions and Links.

  4. Click New icon to create an action.

  5. Specify Display Name as Initiate Action Plan.

    Name is generated with spaces removed.

  6. Select Action type.

  7. For After the Script Runs, select Save and Edit the record.

  8. Select the Method Name with the Object Function Name defined in the previous step.

  9. Click Save.

  10. Create another action with name Cancel Action Plan.

  11. Select the Method Name corresponding to Cancel Action Plan.

  12. Click Save.
