Create Custom Fields for Service Request Contact Member

You must create custom fields for service request contact member.

Following are the steps:

  1. Sign in to Oracle CX Sales using Administrator role.

  2. Navigate to Application Composer.

  3. Go to Service Request > Contact Member.

  4. In the Custom page, click Create a custom field icon.

  5. Create the following fields:

    1. Function (Type: Choice List (fixed) <SR Contact Function>, code: SR_CON_FUNCTION)

    2. Values/Code:

      1. Administrator/ADMIN

      2. Attorney/ATTORNEY

      3. Beneficiary/BENEFICIARY

      4. Executor/EXECUTOR

    3. Relationship (Type: Choice List (fixed) <Relationship Phrases>, code: PARTY_RELATIONS_TYPE

    4. Values/Code: This is a pre-existing choice list.
