Configure Service Request Status Values
You must configure service request status values.
Following are the steps:

Sign in to Oracle CX Sales using Administrator role.

Navigate to Application Composer.
Ensure that you're in a sandbox environment.

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search for::

Task: Manage Service Request Status Values
-

Drill down to Manage Service Request Status Values task.

Select Resolved type.
-
Click Create Status button.

In the new value row, enter the following information:

Status Name: Canceled
-
Status Short Name:
SVC_CANCELED
-
Ranking: 50
-
-
Click Save and Close button.
