Configure Service Request Status Values

You must configure service request status values.

Following are the steps:

  1. Sign in to Oracle CX Sales using Administrator role.

  2. Navigate to Application Composer.

    Ensure that you're in a sandbox environment.

  3. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search for::

    • Task: Manage Service Request Status Values

  4. Drill down to Manage Service Request Status Values task.

  5. Select Resolved type.

  6. Click Create Status button.

  7. In the new value row, enter the following information:

    1. Status Name: Canceled

    2. Status Short Name: SVC_CANCELED

    3. Ranking: 50

  8. Click Save and Close button.
