Deploy Intelligent Advisor Interview

You must deploy Intelligent Advisor interview.

Following are the steps:

1. Sign in to Intelligent Advisor instance of version 12.2.13.170 or later.

2. Unzip and copy the Deceased Estate OPA interview into a folder.

3. Install Policy Modeler based on the steps available in the Install Policy Modeling section of the Policy Modeling User guide.

4. Open the OPA Policy Modeling, click Open Project > Other...

5. Select the Deceased Estate.xprj file inside the unzipped OPA interview folder.

6. Click Data tab > Mapping Settings.

7. Click change link corresponding to Connection and select the connection that you created in the Setting Up Intelligent Advisor Connection topic.

8. If you encounter the Certificate isn't trusted error, follow the instructions available at the OPA Hub HTTPS Connection Failure (My Oracle Support Document ID 2201959.1) to resolve it.

9. Add Mapped to value as ServiceRequest/Contact by double-clicking the contacts <ServiceRequest/Contact> folder on the navigation panel.

10. Add attributes for Input Mapping and Output Mapping for ServiceRequest by double-clicking each attribute row in the list of attributes displayed.

11. Add attributes for Input Mapping and Output Mapping for ServiceRequest/Contact by double-clicking each attribute row in the list of attributes displayed.

12. Click OK.

13. Click Project tab > Deploy Snapshot.

14. Provide Intelligent Advisor Hub details in case they aren't already available.

15. Click Deploy.

    Oracle Policy Modeling message appears stating that this will update an existing activated deployment. You can restore the old version at any time through the Hub.

16. Click OK.

17. Click Close.
