Set Up Intelligent Advisor Connection

You must set up Intelligent Advisor connection.

Following are the steps:

  1. Sign into Intelligent Advisor Hub of the Intelligent Advisor instance and click Connections.

  2. Click Actions and select Create new connection.

    You must provide connection information.

  3. Provide any appropriate Name such as Case Management Connection (host name), select Type as Web service from the drop-down list, specify Collection Access as Default Collection.

  4. In the Web Service Details section, enter an appropriate value for the URL such as https://<oec host>/soa-infra/services/default/SalesPolicyConnectorComposite/SalesPolicyConnectorService

  5. Select Version as http://xmlns.oracle.com/policyautomation/hub/12.1/metadata/types from the drop-down list.

  6. In the OAUTH for Data Operations section, ensure that you select the Provide OAUTH bearer token in HTTP header on Load, Save, GetCheckpoint, SetCheckpoint and ExecuteQuery actions check box. Specify URL Parameter as oraAccessToken.

  7. In the WS-Security section, ensure that you select the Provide WS-Security Username token in SOAP actions check box. For Username, provide value as fusion. Username must be a user with privileges similar to sales administrator. Provide value for the New Password and ensure that you select the Include timestamp with a 5 minute expiration check box.

  8. Ensure that Status is ready.

  9. Click Save and Close.
