Grant Access for Oracle Integration

You must grant access for Oracle integration.

Following are the steps to grant access for Oracle integration:

1. Sign into the appropriate Oracle Identity Cloud Service Admin Console using Administrator role.

2. Navigate to Applications.

   Identify the application that's automatically generated after the Oracle Integration instance is created.

3. Drill down to the application.

4. Navigate to Application Roles tab.

5. In the list of application roles, navigate to ServiceAdministrator, click Assign Groups from menu.

6. Search for oic_caseowner and assign.

7. In the list of application roles, navigate to ServiceUser, click Assign Groups from menu.

8. Search for oic_servicerep, oic_backoffice, and assign.
