Mapping Oracle Identity Cloud Service groups to Oracle Integration process roles comprises of assigning groups to process roles and assigning groups to dynamic process roles.
Assign Groups to Process Roles
You must assign groups to process roles. Following are the steps to assign groups to process roles:

Sign into Oracle Integration workspace as a user with oic_caseowner role.

Navigate to Administration.

In Process Roles tab, search for the application instance that you created and activated.

Select <application instance>.Process Owner.

Click Add Member button.
-
Search for oic_caseowner, select and add. Click Save.

Select <application instance>.Clerk.
-
Click Add Member button.
-
Search for oic_servicerep, select and add. Click Save.

Select <application instance>.Back Office User.

Click Add Member button.
-
Search for oic_backoffice, select and add. Click Save.
Assign Groups to Dynamic Process Roles
You must assign groups to dynamic process roles. Following are the steps to assign groups to dynamic process roles:

In Administration, navigate to Dynamic Process Roles tab.

Search for the activated application instance version.
-
Select <application instance>.Case Owner.

Click Edit Role menu item.
-
In Members field, search for oic_caseowner, select and add. Click Save.

Select <application instance>.Service Rep.
-
Click Edit Role menu item.
-
In Members field, search for oic_servicerep, select and add. Click Save.

Select <application instance>.Back Office User.

Click Edit Role menu item.

In Members field, search for oic_backoffice, select and add. Click Save.
