Create and Associate Survey Templates

As a salesperson, you create survey templates in the web application using the same survey template name that you created in the Intelligent Advisor hub.

To create survey template record:

  1. Select Survey Template on the springboard.

  2. Click Create on the Survey Template page and create a record of the template using the same name as used in the hub.

Associate Surveys to Accounts

You associate surveys to accounts depending on your business requirement after you create a survey.

  1. Click Account on the springboard.

  2. Select an account and click the Surveys subtab.

  3. Click Create and edit the survey details such as start date, end date, and repeat interval.

    The repeat attribute for survey execution has several values such as daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, quarterly and none. Repeat interval is the manually entered value. If repeat is set to none, then the repeat interval isn't applicable and the survey is executed once. For example, if the repeat value is weekly and repeat interval value selected is two, then this survey is run twice every week.

    Note:

    You can use the repeat and repeat interval options to suit your business requirements.

  4. Click Save.

Associate Surveys to Promotions

To associate surveys to promotions:

  1. Click Promotion on the springboard.

  2. Select a promotion and click the Surveys subtab.

  3. Click Create and edit the survey details such as start date, end date, and repeat interval.

  4. Click Save.

Note:

The application allows a single survey response to be saved for an associated survey on any given day.
