Manage Surveys

As sales administrator or marketing manager, conduct survey for store visit. Survey questionnaire finds information such as sales volume of newly introduced product or changes in sales if product is modified in shape, size, or quantity.

Create questions from survey template object, which you can either publish against cluster or add to account from Survey subtab of Accounts. You can add multiple survey templates with different question types and render conditions to account. Render conditions allow to render questions based on previously answered questions.

These questions can be answered by selecting the particular account having an in-progress activity and selecting surveys from the store visit task list. It will go to Survey-List page that lists all the survey types to be answered by that account. Click a particular survey type to navigate to the survey-details page that has all questions and answer values displayed based on render conditions. As a sales administrator, you can take the survey and click Submit to post the answers to the UI server through REST. These answers are visible from the Surveys subtab of that particular survey template.

As a user, you can configure survey questions for a survey template. While configuring questions, you can specify page number, question number, question, answer, and answer type. From the survey template, navigate to Trial Survey > Survey questions subtab > Different question types.

You can use two types of surveys.

  • Account Survey

  • Promotion Compliance Audit Survey

Account Survey

Use the account surveys to run surveys within an account context for a variety of purposes, such as measuring product performance or collecting customer feedback. You can also perform account surveys to gauge a product performance at a retail store, placement, and demand. Use the Assessments subtab to view the survey responses.

Promotion Compliance Audit Survey

Use the promotion compliance audit surveys to ensure effective promotion execution and compliance at the retail store.
