Add the Intelligent Advisor Control to the Workspace
To add the Intelligent Advisor control to the new workspace:
- Log in to your CX Console. Note: Ensure that you have sufficient permissions within your Oracle B2C Service instance to make configuration changes.
- In the Configuration navigation pane on the left, open the Application Appearance folder. Double-click Workspaces.
- In the Folders view, click Workspaces.
- In the Workspaces folder, double-click the custom workspace created earlier (for example, CustomContact). The workspace opens on the content pane.
- Click on the workspace tab, then select the Design tab.
- In the Selected Object group, click Add Tab.

A new subtab is added to the workspace tab.
- In the Label group, click Text.
- In the drop-down field, enter a name for the new tab (for example, Student Benefits).

- Select the Insert Control tab.
- In the Controls group, select the Policy Automation control and drag it onto the new tab.

The new tab now shows the Policy Automation control.
- (Optional) If:
- the new workspace you have created is a chat workspace, and
- the Intelligent Advisor control you have inserted is for a project which has input or output mappings to the Oracle B2C Service Incident object,
you may wish to adjust the default Incident creation behavior of the chat workspace. To start this process, click the Options button on the Home tab.
- (Optional) If your Intelligent Advisor project is configured to:
- upload files to Oracle B2C Service from the Intelligent Advisor interview, or
- save a generated form from the Intelligent Advisor interview to Oracle B2C Service,
you will need to expose the Attachments tab in the workspace so that the agent can see the saved files.
