Enable Agent Interviews to Be Used Outside of Agent Interfaces

Intelligent Advisor interviews for agents can be provided securely outside Oracle B2C Service Console or Agent Browser User Interface for any user that has a B2C Service agent login. These Intelligent Advisor interviews are set up to redirect to the B2C Service Single Sign On page before allowing authenticated B2C Service agents to continue.

Before you begin, you need to ensure that the Intelligent Advisor project:

  1. Uses a B2C Service connection, and
  2. Specifies 'Contact center agents' as one of the channels in the data mapping settings.
