Disable Or Re-Enable an Interactive Hub User
Interactive users are both disabled and re-enabled in Intelligent Advisor Hub by the Permissions administrator.
Disable an interactive Hub user
To disable an interactive Hub user:
- In Intelligent Advisor Hub, navigate to the Permissions Page.
- Select the Users tab.
- Click the user name.
- On the user details page, in the USER SETTINGS section, click the Disabled option next to Status.
- Click Apply. In the list of users on the Permissions page, you will see that the user account is now disabled (indicated by a cross on the person icon).
Re-enable an interactive Hub user
To re-enable an interactive Hub user:
- In Intelligent Advisor Hub, navigate to the Permissions Page.
- Select the Users tab.
- Click the user name.
- In the USER SETTINGS section, click the Enabled option next to Status.
- Click Apply. In the list of users on the Permissions page, you will see that the user account is now enabled.
