Disable Or Re-Enable an Interactive Hub User

Interactive users are both disabled and re-enabled in Intelligent Advisor Hub by the Permissions administrator.

Disable an interactive Hub user

To disable an interactive Hub user:

  1. In Intelligent Advisor Hub, navigate to the Permissions Page.
  2. Select the Users tab.
  3. Click the user name.
  4. On the user details page, in the USER SETTINGS section, click the Disabled option next to Status.
  5. Click Apply. In the list of users on the Permissions page, you will see that the user account is now disabled (indicated by a cross on the person icon).

Re-enable an interactive Hub user

To re-enable an interactive Hub user:

  1. In Intelligent Advisor Hub, navigate to the Permissions Page.
  2. Select the Users tab.
  3. Click the user name.
  4. In the USER SETTINGS section, click the Enabled option next to Status.
  5. Click Apply. In the list of users on the Permissions page, you will see that the user account is now enabled.
