Change the Position of Question Text

Question text can be shown above or beside the control. You can change the position of question text at the interview level (for Latest Version Interviews only), at the screen level or at the container level.

To change the position of question text at the interview level:

1. On the Interview tab, click the Styles button.
2. In the Styles dialog box, select the Styling tab.
3. In the Controls section, click on the Question Text text.
4. In the pop-up window, in the Question position drop-down list, select the desired position. The options are:
   • Beside
   • Above
5. Click OK.

To change the position of question text at the screen level:

1. On the Interview tab, select the screen.
2. Click the Properties button. The Properties drop-down window opens.
   
3. In the Question Layout drop-down list, select the desired position. The options are:
   • Default - to use the question layout specified for the interview
   • Beside - to place the input text beside the controls on this screen
   • Above - to place the input text above the controls on this screen
