You can remove an integration between Live Experience and a CRM.
        Live Experience can only be integrated with one CRM application at a time. You can
            remove an integration between Live Experience and a CRM at any time, after which you can
            create a new integration.

                From the Admin Console navigation menu, select
                        Integrations.
                If you already have a configured integration between Live Experience and a
                    CRM, that integration page appears.

                Click Remove Integration.

                Confirm that you want to remove the integration.
