AMS System Requirements

AMS is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and therefore does not require any special client software to be installed on your computer other than a standard Web browser.

Supported Browsers

With every release, our QA team tests using the following Web browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome—we test the then-current release of Chrome when we are testing a new release. Because Chrome auto-updates, users will typically have that release of Chrome or newer.

We do not support using the OMC App Manager with Web browsers besides the above. For the above browsers, we test the Windows desktop and Macintosh versions.

If a new browser update occurs and causes a major functional incompatibility, we will fix it as soon as possible rather than waiting for the next release. If a browser update causes a cosmetic issue which does not affect functionality, we will address it in a future release.
