Developing Apps for CX Apps
Developers will need to create a web server application that can send and receive REST API calls to and from the CX product system via HTTPS. These topics are not intended to instruct developers on how to develop their app, but provides guidance on what Oracle App Manager requires from your app to work with CX Apps.
Getting started
We assume that app developers are technical and have built web applications before. App developers must be familiar with:
- REST APIs
- JSON
- JSON Web Tokens (JWT)
- Web application development and deployment
- Responsys Personalization Language (RPL) for Responsys development
