Services
Services are self-contained components of apps that are used by marketers. Services are the components that marketers will use on a daily basis to extend their marketing activities. For example, Responsys marketers would drag a service from the program palette to be used in their program.
The framework includes pre-defined service types. Each service type has it's own set of endpoints required for the service to work. For each service, App Developers are responsible for understanding how to develop their service's endpoints and then register their services with the CX App Developer Framework. The App Framework will call the service's URLs when required. Each service is built differently to extend the functionality of CX products.
