Profiler Card Services
The Profiler Card service enables developers to embed an iframe within Profiler to customize the data displayed in Profiler. This enables a salesforce to have more meaningful, personalized experiences when engaging leads and existing customers. Profiler cards can enable developers to place summary data in front of a sales representative to fulfill a number of use cases - examples including account / persona based content recommendations, highlight important activities from the CRM, surface time sensitive marketing events / promotions and sensitive competitive information.
How it works
When a Profiler Card service is developed, developers can display a secured iframe within Profiler.
Profiler cards can enable developers to place summary data in front of a sales representative to fulfill a number of use cases. Here is an example where content from Oracle Content Marketing is recommended to the sales representative based on the Profiler contact.
