Check or Update your App's Install Status
In App Manager there are 3 app install statuses:

Up
App is up and running.

Maintenance
App is undergoing scheduled maintenance. When an app is in maintenance mode:
- App Manager will not send any calls to the app
- Marketers should not be able to add the app's services to a canvas
- All app installations will have their statuses changed to Maintenance. When a user checks the app's status, App Manager will indicate the app is undergoing maintenance. The app's status must be Up before app installations can be set to Up.

Down
App is down because it was not working properly.
To check or update your app's Install Status:
- From the home page, select an app.

In the App Details page, click App Status.

Click the drop-down to change the status and click Save.
If you are setting the status to Maintenance, you'll be asked to provide your app users a message with an estimated date and time for resolution. You can also enter an internal message visible only to other members of your App Provider. If an app is in Maintenance, all app's installations will also have their status set to Maintenance. The app's status must be Up before app installations can be set to Up.
