Your "Steps to Oracle Responsys" checklist

At this point in the process, the first three steps to Oracle Responsys have been completed:

  • A buyer has purchased a subscription or a subscription update for Oracle Responsys Marketing Platform Cloud Service, or add-ons (such as SMS), or both.
  • The buyer has designated you as the initial account administrator for the Oracle Cloud service.
  • You have received an email from Oracle Cloud services that identifies you as the Cloud Services Account Administrator, contains details about your subscription, and provides instructions about how to access the Oracle Cloud portal.

    Important: Are you the correct primary Cloud Services Account Administrator? The person with this role will:

    • Plan and activate your subscription and create service environment(s).
    • Receive notifications from Oracle Cloud Portal regarding the subscription, such as when the new account(s) are ready and when new services have been purchased.
    • Receive the "Welcome to Responsys" email when your account is ready. This email contains Responsys Account Administrator login instructions and instructions for completing the setup of your Oracle Responsys account.
