Updating subscriptions
If the buyer who purchased the Oracle Marketing cloud service makes changes to the account to add services, Oracle Cloud notifies the account administrators. The email shows the product ordered and the order number.
Next steps
- If the change order is for adding one or more additional Oracle Marketing accounts, the account administrator must create new service environments. You can also allocate available add-on product features to new service environments when you create a new service environment. See Activating a new Oracle Responsys subscription (Responsys).
- If the change order is for add-on product features to update one or more currently "Active" service environments (that is, an "upgrade"), see Adding allocations to a Responsys service environment (Responsys).
- If the change order is to remove add-on product features from one or more currently "Active" service environments (that is, a "downgrade"), see Removing resource allocations from a Responsys service environment (Responsys) or Removing resource allocations from a CX Audience service environment (CX Audience).
