Polls
Polls are a type of activity that allows you to reward members with points for casting a vote.
Polls provide an opportunity to boost audience engagement and drive loyalty frequency through gamification. Poll responses can be leveraged to create personalized customer journeys as well as more targeted marketing efforts.
In order to ensure reporting integrity, members cannot change their poll response after responding. Live poll results can optionally be displayed to the member after answering the poll question.
Control Center users can view poll results within individual Poll detail pages.
