Reporting

CrowdTwist offers a self-service business intelligence tool that allows you to gain program and member insights in a visual format. You also have the ability to export data from pre-configured reports.

CrowdTwist's reporting provides valuable insights in the following areas:

  • User Enrollment
  • User Demographics
  • Points Accounting
  • Program Engagement
  • Rewards Redemption
  • Coupon Redemption
  • Purchase Transactions

To run a report:

  1. In the Control Center, navigate to Data > Reporting.
  2. From the drop-down, choose the report of interest (for example, User Enrollment, User Demographics, Points Accounting, etc.).
  3. (optional) At the top, set filters and on the right, click Apply.

Filter controls limit certain visualizations’ datasets.

In the “Date” filter, dates are customizable based Date Range or Relative Time. Historically looking Relative Time filter types includes Last or To Date by Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year.

By default, reporting excludes anonymized members and test users. An anonymized member is a former member that was once active in the program but has been purposefully anonymized (for example, CCPA/GDPR requests). A test user is a user that has been designated as such by either the client or CrowdTwist to test the functionality of the platform.

Within a report, if filters are reset, the Test Users default exclusion is removed and must be reapplied if desired. Filters do not persist when switching between separate reports.
