Editing variable point thresholds for automatic rewards
With variable point thresholds, members automatically receive a reward based on their redeemable points at a specified time. Members receive the reward for only the highest eligible threshold.
To edit variable point thresholds for automatic rewards:
- In Control Center, navigate to Rewards > Automatic Rewards > Variable Point Thresholds.
- Click Edit Variable Point Thresholds.
- Configure the following variable point threshold details:
- Point Thresholds: For each point threshold, specify the reward and the number of points required to receive the reward. Click Add a new point threshold to add multiple point thresholds.
- Duration
Start Date and Start Time: Specify the date and time in which you want this campaign to automatically start.
- Set end date?: Enable this option if you want the campaign to automatically end at the specified End Date and End Time.
- Frequency: Specify the frequency to which the automatic reward will be distributed.
- Notification Email: Specify whether or not to notify the member about the reward by email.
- Do not send a notification email to the member: A notification email is not sent to the member.
- Send a notification email to the member: The member will receive a notification email.
- Click Save Changes.
