Profile inserts

When setting up the integration between CX Audience and Responsys, you can use profile inserts to automatically send new profile records from Responsys to CX Audience. This allows CX Audience to provide you with an accurate and up-to-date source of your customer data. Without the option of using profile inserts for integration, you would have to manually set up connect jobs to identify and move new profile records from Responsys to CX Audience.

To enable profile inserts, click the checkbox for Insert new profile list records from Responsys on the Responsys Integration page. Learn more about Integrating with Oracle Responsys.

Warning: You can't change the Yes setting after you click Save on the Responsys integration page. You must contact Oracle Support if you have issues.

After you complete the integration with Responsys, all the columns on the Responsys-integrated list in CX Audience will automatically sync when new records are available in any Responsys list. This is dependent on the Responsys-integrated list and Responsys list having the same columns.

New profile records are typically added to Responsys from the following sources:

  • Profile records from form submissions.
  • Profile records from Web Services API. For example, merge and trigger campaigns.

When you enable integration between Responsys and CX Audience, these profile records will automatically sync into CX Audience.
