Submit data for an email address import
post
/api/bulk/2.0/emailAddresses/imports/{id}/data
Submits the data for the email address import with the specified id. The Bulk API's emailAddresses import allows you to change the global subscription status of email addresses to unsubscribed without having to create a contact. When an email address is imported this way, any present or future contact in Eloqua with the same email address will be automatically globally unsubscribed.
