Campaign Summary
The Campaign summary step gives you the overall view of your configured campaign. This is also where you publish your campaign.
Arriving to the campaign summary step will auto-save your campaign.
Before you can publish, use the summary page to validate that you have set-up everything you need, and that all of your chosen assets are correct.
Campaign Timezone
This drop-down allows you to choose your campaign's timezone. This affects your start and end dates and any fixed date wait steps (where applicable). Email scheduling will also be handled in the campaign's timezone.
The timezone selection is also available in the campaign properties. Both options are linked, so changing one will update the other.
Publish now
If you do not wish to schedule your campaign in the future, the Publish now option will auto-select your start date, and the end date will prepopulate to 90 days after the start date.
Required Fields
A few items for your campaign are required, so ensure these are all set-up correctly, otherwise the Publish button will not be enabled.
examples of required elements:
-

A banner message will advise you of any missing required elements that are preventing campaign publish.
Saving your campaign will refresh and clear any resolved errors
Tip: If you have configured everything and you are still unable to publish, please ask your Eloqua administrators to check the campaign validation within the Eloqua platform.
Once you are happy that your campaign is ready to be published, press Publish to activate or schedule your campaign.
Making changes after publication
After publishing or scheduling your campaign, you can make alterations by unscheduling or unpublishing it, which will revert your campaign to a draft state.
Note: If your campaign has been published and some emails have already been sent, unpublishing and changing the email will not affect the emails that have already been sent out.
