The Webhook app creates an outbound integration between Oracle Eloqua and configured 3rd party platforms and systems. The app is designed to address the need for marketers to create simple integrations with external systems without investing in custom solutions, effectively cutting costs and increasing the speed of implementation.
Leverage the Webhook app in your Eloqua marketing automation solution to:
- Trigger notifications to 3rd party systems directly from Eloqua Programs or Campaigns.
- Automatically transfer Eloqua marketing data to 3rd party systems not supported through existing Eloqua CX Apps.
- Transfer Eloqua marketing data to 3rd party workflow automation platforms that provide webhook support.
You can use the app for various marketing automation, notifications, and reporting data collection use cases. For example, when contacts complete a form and are added to the program canvas, you can automatically trigger notifications to your corporate messaging system to increase productivity and collaboration across different teams.
Note: Currently, only the outbound data flow is supported. Before you start configuring the webhooks, always check the limitations and requirements of your target platform.
