Getting started with the app

The Webhook app creates an outbound integration between Oracle Eloqua and configured 3rd party platforms and systems. The steps below outline the Webhook app's recommended setup and configuration process.

  1. Install the Webhook app in Eloqua. Once the app is installed, configuration settings for connections, actions, imports, and notifications can be found in the apps list. Go to Settings An image of the Settings menu icon, which is represented by a black cog. > Apps and click Configure An image of the Settings menu icon, which is represented by a black cog. to access the configuration settings.
  2. Create a new webhook configuration.
  3. Test your new webhook configuration. Once the test is successful, please enable your webhook.
  4. Use step actions to create and update records to be used in a program or campaign.
