Creating contact records without an email address
Important: This feature is currently released under our Controlled Availability program. To request access to this feature, please log in to My Oracle Support and create a service request. Note that access to this feature is not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on customer needs.
With Oracle Eloqua you can create a record for a contact even if you do not have an email address for them.
To create a contact record without an email address:

Navigate to Audience
, then click Contacts. -
Click New in the upper-right corner.

In the Field Details tab, enter the information that you have for the contact in the corresponding fields, then click Create.
A new contact record is created with the information provided.
