Step 1: Navigating to campaigns
Let's first navigate to campaigns in Oracle Eloqua.
To navigate to campaigns:
- Navigate to Orchestration
, then click Campaigns.
This window layout is similar across Oracle Eloqua. On the left, you have different panes that you can use to work with campaigns. We’re currently on the Overview pane and from here you can take actions like create a new campaign or look at reports. There are also some useful links provided.
You can quickly search for campaigns using the search bar or by using the other panes such as All Files, Created by Me, and so on.
If you have a large organization with many campaigns, you might want to take advantage of favorites. You can drag folders and files here to make them easily accessible.
