Overview

This report provides a detailed analysis of agent activity and performance, allowing users to monitor active agents, track total sends, and assess successes and failures. By utilizing this report, users can gain valuable insights into agent efficiency and detect potential issues.

  • Folder location: Catalog/Shared Folders/Agents
  • Subject area: Agent Usage
  • Questions this report helps you answer: How are agents performing? How many agents are sending emails/reports? Are there any failures? How many users have agents running? What is the status of agents? Who created the agent?

Good to know

  • User ID indicates the user associated with the agent, formatted with the site ID prefix before the username.
  • Trigger Type specifies the frequency at which the agent is set to run.
  • Next Run Date shows the next scheduled execution date of the agent. If "none," the agent is not active or scheduled to run in the future.
  • Relative Order represents the sequential order in which agent emails are processed. If an agent has multiple recipients, this helps identify failures or errors specific to recipients.
  • Log Message Text displays system-generated messages that provide details about agent activity, including execution status, file paths, email sends, failures, or other processing details.

Select the Agent Name Optionally, select the name of agent.
Select the User ID Optionally, include only these specific users.
Select the Status Optionally, show only agents with this status.
Select the Start Run Date/Time Optionally, select date range.

Report metrics

Metric Description
Number of Agents The total number of agents. You can use this to identify how many agents each user has.
Number of Agent Runs The total count of unique executions of an agent based on recipients. Example: If an agent runs daily for 7 recipients, the count will be 7.
Total Sends by Agents The total number of emails successfully sent by an agent. Only includes emails successfully.
