Removing contacts from a shared list

You can manually remove contacts from a shared list. To use a more automated process, use the shared list elements available from campaigns or programs.

To remove contacts from a shared list:

  1. In the classic UI, navigate to Audience > Tools > Shared Lists. In the Redwood experience, navigate to Audience > Shared Lists.
  2. Open the shared list.
  3. Choose an option:
    • Remove individual contacts
      • In the classic, select one or more contacts and click Delete An image of the Delete icon..
      • In the Redwood experience, select the contacts and click on Remove.

        Tip: Select multiple contacts at once with standard keyboard shortcuts.

    • Remove all contacts
      • In classic UI, remove all contacts, click ActionsAn image of the Actions button, then Remove All Contacts. Oracle Eloqua sends you an email when the contacts are removed.
      • In the Redwood Experience, click More Actions , then click Remove All Contacts.
  4. Save your changes.
