System requirements
Responsys Express is provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) and therefore does not require any special client software to be installed on your computer other than a standard Web browser.
Supported browsers
With every Responsys Express release, our QA team tests using the most recent version of Google Chrome and Firefox on Windows and Mac environments.
If a new browser update occurs and causes a major functional incompatibility, we will fix it as soon as possible rather than waiting for the next Responsys Express release. If a browser update causes a cosmetic issue which does not affect functionality, we will address it in a future Responsys Express release.
Optimal Screen Resolution and Scale
If you have trouble viewing components of the Responsys user interface, make sure your system's screen display settings have been set so that the scale is 100% and the screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. This will optimize your viewing experience.
