Managing BCC addresses

Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) Read Only is an Oracle Responsys controlled availability feature that allows you to send a blind carbon copy email for every individual email sent during a campaign's launch. The BCC email received will give the you a copy of the individual recipient’s email, with the proper FROM address, the recipient’s address in the 'To' field, and the actual message.

Important: This feature is only available if it is enabled for your account.

To enable this feature for your account: Your organization must purchase a subscription to this feature. You will need one subscription for each account you need to enable. Contact Oracle Sales or your Customer Success Manager to purchase the subscription(s). After you have purchased the subscription(s) and enabled it for your account(s) in Cloud Portal, create a Service Request (SR) through the My Oracle Support (MOS) portal for each account you enabled. In your SR(s), provide the list of BCC email address(es) to be added.

To view BCC addresses for your account:

  1. From the side navigation bar, select Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the Menu button (aka Hamburger menu) icon.)
  2. Select Campaign management, and then select BCC addresses. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)

    The BCC addresses page is displayed, and it shows the addresses for your account.

To add or remove BCC addresses for your account: This feature is enabled as read only. If you need to add or remove email address(es) shown in your BCC list, please follow the process to create a Service Request in My Oracle Support (MOS) and provide the email address(es) you need added or removed.
