Closing Forms

Important: If you close a form, it no longer accepts submitted responses. Submitters will see the following message: “Either the offer you clicked on has expired, or we are no longer accepting responses from the form you submitted.”

To close one or more forms

1. Click Forms on the side navigation bar, and select Close Form.
2. On the Close Forms page, select the forms you want to close and click and click Next.

   Note: The page displays only enabled forms. You can close multiple forms at the same time.

3. On the confirmation page, click Close.
