Push Campaign Designer - Using Push Title Optimization
When there is no word or phrase analysis available, we present insights based on past push titles.
Important: This feature is available as part of the Advanced Intelligence Package add-on that must be ordered for your account. Please contact your account manager or Oracle sales.
With Push Title Optimization, type your title into the Push message designer, click Predict, and wait as Oracle Responsys labels the title as Good or Poor in relation to the open rates of your historic titles. These labels let you know whether the title might lead to higher or lower than average open rate, based on the predefined threshold of your past titles. You can use the Poor label to help you adjust your title until the Good label displays. Or, No Prediction may be displayed to inform you that the data science model couldn’t find a prediction for the title based on insufficient historical data.
Note: Push Title Optimization is supported for push campaigns, and for accounts that contain English and Portuguese titles.
In addition to displaying Good or Poor label, we also present the user with following information:

Key phrases that are likely to drive better open rate are highlighted in green.

Key phrases that are likely to lower the open rate are highlighted in red.

When there is no word or phrase analysis available, Responsys presents insights based on past push titles.

The top phrases and words insights are shown when we don't have insights into key phrases that have an impact on the push title (that is, when key phrase highlighting is not available).

Average open rate is the average of open rates of those push titles where this phrase appeared.

Usage frequency is the number of push titles where this top phrase that appeared.
