Using the Campaign Monitor

Use the Campaign Monitor to see which email, Push, In-app, Web Push, Mobile SMS, MMS, and Message Center campaigns have sent messages within the selected time interval. You can drill down into a campaign to see detailed statistics for the past 24 hours. Additionally, you can pause, stop, and resume campaigns.

Viewing the Audit Dashboard

The Audit Dashboard provides details about the campaign launch activity, recipient inclusions and exclusions, the breakdown of skipped activity, and the average throughput. By default, launch activity is shown for the most recent launch, but you can select any launch that occurred in the past week.

For Email, SMS, Push, Web Push, and In-App campaigns, the Audit Dashboard also includes a link for downloading sample data. The sample data report provides five samples of data for each skip reason. You can use that data for troubleshooting a campaign. Note that Triggered launch activity data is cumulative.

To view the Audit Dashboard:

  1. With the Campaign Monitor open, locate the campaign for which you want to view details, and click Audit dashboardView audit dashboard icon.
