Creating Documents

There are two types of documents you can use for your campaign messages: HTML (for maximum impact) and plain text (for those recipients whose email programs may not handle HTML).

HTML document: You can import an HTML file from your computer, use the built-in editor to type or paste the text and HTML code, or copy an HTML file from the web.

Note: Alternately, you can plain-text copies of an HTML document in a single action. In the Folders list, click on the name of an HTML document, and select Create Text.

Plain text document: You can import a plain text file from your computer, use the built-in editor to type or paste the text, or make a plain-text version of an HTML document already in your account.
