Adding the Facebook Custom Audience app to Program
Adding the Facebook Custom Audience app to a program allows marketers to orchestrate their multichannel communications with Facebook Ads by adding recipients to or removing them from Facebook Custom Audiences via an Oracle Responsys program. To configure this stage:
- In Program, drag and drop the
Apps activity onto the program canvas. - Double click the stage.
- Select the Facebook Custom Audience app from the list of apps.
- Click on Configure app to assign the Custom Audience and activity to the stage.
- Provide the following information:
- The Facebook account
- Ad account
- Contact type: Email or Phone
- Whether you wish to Add or Remove Recipients at this stage
- Custom Audience
- Click Done.
