Managing Split-Run Launch Notifications

Navigation (for Account Administrators only): Select The Account icon Account on the side navigation bar. Select Notification settings, and then select Manage split launch notifications. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.) Follow the instructions provided on the pages.

Use this page to specify the email addresses to receive notifications for all split-run launches.

When users launch split-runs, they can change these email addresses for each launch.

Send all campaign messages for testing purposes

By default, this is the address specified as the default notification email. You can specify other/additional email addresses.

Send progress notifications for processes messages

You can sent notifications at the end of the launch or after a certain number of messages.

By default, the notification is sent to the address specified as the default notification email. You can specify other/additional email addresses.

Failure Notifications

You can specify the email addresses to receive notifications when:

  • A scheduled split-run is skipped
  • A split-run launch failed

The email notification contains information that identifies the campaign, and a pointer to the error.
