Setting Available Campaign Categories

When Responsys users create or edit campaigns, they can choose a Marketing Strategy and a Marketing Program for the campaign. Use the Campaign categories page to define those values.

To define values for campaign categories:

  1. From the side navigation bar, select Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the Menu button (aka Hamburger menu) icon.)
  2. Select Campaign management, and then select Campaign categories. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)
  3. Add the marketing strategy and marketing program values.

    Note: Do not use the character combination ^% when entering these values. This character combination is reserved by Responsys for encoding Marketing Program and Marketing Strategy names that contain spaces.

  4. When done, click Save.
