Setting Default Character Set and Locale

Navigation (for Account Administrators only): Select Account on the side navigation bar. Select Campaign management, and then select Character set and recipient locale defaults. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)

Specify the default character set and recipient locale for new campaigns and forms created in this account.

You can override these default settings for any campaign.
