Confirming Account Footers Deletion

Navigation (for Account Administrators only): Select The Account icon Account on the side navigation bar. Select Email footer management, and then select Default footers reset. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.) Follow the instructions provided on the pages.

If you delete any custom footers you have created, then the application will use the default footers. Be sure that's what you want to do before clicking Yes.
