Editing the account locale and currency

You can select a language and currency preference for the account.

The selected language will be used for reporting, notification emails and others, and does not affect user locale preference.

You can also select a language for an existing and new users.

Users can change their own language on the User locale page, available in the General Settings menu on the Account page.

To access the Account locale page:

  1. From the side navigation bar, select Account . (If you do not see the side navigation bar, click the Menu button (aka Hamburger menu) icon.)
  2. Select Global settings, and then select Account locale. (Not seeing this choice? Refer to the Account management changes topic.)

To select a language for the account:

  1. Select the language from the Language drop down menu.
  2. Click Save.

    The language you selected will be used for all users in the account.

To select the currency for the account:

  1. Select the currency from the Set Currency drop down menu.
  2. Click Save.

    The currency you selected will be used for the account.

To select a language for an existing user:

  1. From the Account page, select User identity management, and then select User management.

    The Manage Users page opens.

  2. Select the user you want and click Edit.

    The Edit User page opens.

  3. Select the language you want to set for the user from the User locale drop down menu.

To select a language for a new user:

  1. From the Account page, select User identity management, and then select Add user.
  2. On the Add a User to this Account page, select the language you want to set for the user from the User locale drop down menu.
  3. Click Save.

    A confirmation message opens.

  4. Click OK on the confirmation message.

    The user's language will be changed the next time that user logs in.
