Uploading the Response-File Template

Specify an HTML file, typically comprising a logo (or company title plus an image) and the string $Message$.
$Message$ is a required string that will be replaced with the standard content for the response page, including hyperlinks.
"Incomplete Link Problem" email address: Specify the email address where your technical support staff can receive questions about long URLs that wrap (causing the link to fail).
"Response Processing Error" email address: Specify the email address where your technical support staff can receive questions about response processing.
