Editing Email Templates in a Mobile View
It is important to ensure that your Responsys email templates display correctly on a mobile device. The Visual Template Designer provides a mobile view that you can use to preview your template with a smaller screen size and edit the content. The mobile view sets the width of the email to 360px.
When using the mobile view, you can edit the content of the template and copy content blocks. However you cannot do the following:
- You cannot add new layouts or content to the email template.
- You cannot move content blocks
The mobile view is a preview of your template on a smaller screen size.
To preview and edit your email template in a mobile view:
- With your email template open, click Mobile in the menu bar.
- Make your changes.
