Roles

Each Oracle Responsys account has one administrator (also called an account manager). In addition to having full access to Oracle Responsys user features, your account manager creates user logins within the account and creates "roles" by defining the appropriate level of access for each user.

The account manager also configures various optional settings that are available to users of the account.

Users within an account share folders, which contain campaign resources: documents, data sources (tables, queries, and connections to external databases), reports, rules, and the campaigns and forms themselves. Your account manager provides your user login and initial password.

You should change your password after first logging in.
