Mismatched Fields

Form Document Fields Don't Match Table Fields.

You can edit your form document so that the fields match those of the table you want it to fill:

1. On the Folders page, click the affected folder name.
2. Click next to the form document name in the Contents section.
3. Select Data Fields from the pop-up menu.
4. On the Change Form Field Names page, select Type In The New Field Names Directly.
5. Click Next.
6. Change any names as needed.
7. Click Finish.
