Suppression Not Working
You may not have specified the tables you want to use as suppression lists.
Notes
- For suppression to work, you must specify one or more suppression lists when you create or edit your campaign.
- For a table to serve as a suppression list, it must have an identified field containing email addresses.
- When you create or edit a campaign, you can identify as many suppression lists as you require.
Important: Suppression lists normally are not applied to follow-up campaigns, which are intended to be launched as the result of an action by a campaign recipient. Even if the follow-up campaign includes a suppression list, Oracle Responsys normally ignores that suppression list when the follow-up campaign is triggered by a form rule. However, some accounts are set up for follow-up suppression.
